         NEW DELHI, MAR 18: The total voulme of containers shipping through the terminals of the “National container company” (NCC) in recent calendar year was at 1 million 154 thousand 785 TEUs or a year over year 33 pc drop, the company authorities said. The “National Container Company ” (NCC) is Russia’s largest operator of container terminals. The owners of the NCC in equal shares are of the First Quantum and the FESCO Transport Group.  In 2008 the NCC company’s terminals transshipped over 1.7 million TEUs of commodities. NCC’s assets include First Container Terminal(FCT), NUTEP container Terminal (Novorossiysk), container terminal Ukrtranscontainer (Ilyichevsk, Odessa region), Ust-Luga Container Terminal (Leningrad region) and a rear container terminal and logistics center  Logistics Terminal (Shushary, St. Petersburg).
